Client: The Treasure Chest
Brief: To take a small niche store located in Balmain, Go live online with features to help spread the word of how unique they are.
My Approach: I focused on UX research methodologies and tools my aim was to understand how users can navigate through a website and how I can the first time website owners can enjoy their website.
My Role: User research, creating user journey maps, sketching user flows and story boards . The result was a possible interactive prototype built in Invision that allowed us to demonstrate key features .
