Bendigo Bank- Commitment to Community

Client: Bendigo Bank               

 

Brief: The bank wanted to find ways to differentiate itself from other banks, Emphasizing on the community aspect that they built on.

 

My Approach: I focused on UX research methodologies and tools my aim was to understand how users interpret community banking. 

My Role I was responsible for conducting user research, creating user journey maps, sketching user flows and story boards . The result was a possible interactive prototype built in Invision that allowed us to demonstrate key features .
